Heart of Gold is an interactive workshop for singers to breakthrough fears, understand emotions and bring your heart into performances.
This one-day workshop held at Bakehouse Studios will look at:
Fear of exposure
Performance anxiety
Not feeling good enough
Judgment and the inner critic
Physical and emotional reaction on stage
Music career procrastination
What you will get out of the workshop:

Improved stage craft and audience connection
Connecting to your heart to create authentic and magnetic performances
Meeting and connecting to other singers and performers
Voice health and pre/post show care
This workshop is for all levels of performers from beginners to professionals. Our goal is that you all complete the day feeling more emotional acceptance, knowing you are not alone, have repeatable techniques you can use easily when under stress, to help you feel balanced, calm and connected.
The course will include seminars and performances by Laura Ingram, working in pairs, examples, and optional worshipping of performances.
